Client Agreement

Cancellations                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

 We understand that emergencies and inconveniences cannot be avoided.  Should you need to to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify your tutor at least 24 hours (48 is preferable) before your scheduled session, as the tutors often set their work schedules weeks in advance.

• Late cancellations and no call/no shows are charged $55.

• If the tutor cannot be reached, please call Jeff McIntosh at 440-463-4277.

• If a student is late to a session, the session may begin when the student arrives and end at the previously scheduled time, as other sessions have likely been scheduled.

Payments
Payment is due on date of session or on date of invoice of sessions at rates of

• $85/hr for AP course and test prep

• $95/hr for ISEE test prep.

A credit card or a bank account number will be kept on file for any invoice not paid in 14 days.  (See separate authorization form.)   

• A one time $25 intake fee per student will also apply.

• Outstanding balances older than 14 days will be charged a $4/month late fee.

• Tutoring sessions last a minimum of one hour unless scheduled for less in advance.

• If a student leaves the session early, the client will be billed for the scheduled time.

• Payments returned for NSF will result in a $40 charge.

Parking                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

If parking is not available in the Lola’s / Huntington Bank lot, parking is available on East Orange Street and in the village lot between Cuff's clothing store and Riverside Park.
